Getting your requirements over the phone or at the first meeting in the office or your site (Free)
Providing a Rough Quotation
We offer a transparent process for estimating the cost of your project. By calculating the house area based on your requirements and multiplying it by the current square foot rate, we provide a clear cost range. We guarantee that there will be no more than a 5% deviation from your budget, ensuring peace of mind. This crucial step allows you to compare our offer with others, free of charge. We always stand by our design assumptions and rates, making this service free for everyone.
Site visit
The architect, Engineer, or Technical Officer will visit the site to observe more details about the site condition.
Pay design payment
If you are satisfied with the above service, you need to make a payment to start the design.
First layout
You will receive the architectural layout within 5-8 days
Finalize Floor Plans
Obviously, clients will have many thoughts in their heads. We will help to finalize the floor plan in good order.
Proceed to council drawings
Once you finalize the drawings we will proceed with the council drawing. This will take 3-6 days.
Proceed to Architectural and Structural Drawings
We do both Architectural and Structural working drawings which will take 7-10 days to complete.
Proceed to the 3D Model
We will do a 3D model to give you a better understanding of your home.
Final design meeting
In this stage, we will explain everything in working drawings and 3D images. Any design change will be done in this stage prior to the final quotation.
Final Quotation
We will provide final quotation based on working drawing. There may be a 5% deviation from the rough quotation as we explained above
